i have purchased two vacuums from this store. the staff is always helpful and friendly. never the hard sell. they know they have solid products, so they just inform without pressure. i travel from PA to this DE store. that's how good they are. will be back in a few weeks for some additional bags. thanks again for the best support!

This Aerus shop has always taken good care of me. When my machine needs cleaning because I attempt to vacuum up anything smaller than my hand, they happily take it. This is a family run shop. You can feel the love when you walk in.
